
Mark Ramsland

Mark Ramsland has over 30 years’ experience in court advocacy, primarily in criminal law. He has appeared extensively in matters involving the NSW Crime Commission and other quasi-criminal bodies. Mark is also experienced in assisting clients with compensation and dust disease claims.
​
Mark is a long-standing member of the Law Society of NSW Criminal Law Committee. He has a strong interest in drug and alcohol rehabilitation and community service, having served as a Director of Newcastle’s Soul Café and a residential rehabilitation facility in the region.
​
Mark has written for and appeared in major media outlets including A Current Affair, ABC Background Briefing, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Daily Telegraph, The Newcastle Herald, and the Law Society Journal. He is also a frequent speaker for men’s support groups and community organisations.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys following the Manly Sea Eagles in the NRL and contributing to local community initiatives.
