During this time our office is naturally restricting our face-to-face meetings with clients and our partners in the law. However, we still attend court when necessary both in person and via the Court's online videolink system. We have installed in our office multiple videolink devices so the we, our clients and witnesses can appear in court virtually when needed. We can also conduct interviews with clients, including those in custody, via this method. Each jurisdiction in the court system including the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and the Federal Courts all have different polices and approaches to COVID-19.
